About Toni Shereé Joslyn Williams DeVol

I’m Toni Shereé Joslyn Williams DeVol—public health leader, writer, and strategist.

I work at the intersection of systems, ethics, and emotional clarity—building tools, language, and structures that help leaders move with purpose.

I hold a PMP (Project Management Professional), PMI-PMOCP (Project Management Office Practicioner), a B.S. (Bachelor of Science) in Hospitality Management from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and an M.P.H. (Master of Public Health) from Drexel University.

More than that, I hold space—for calm thinking, ethical leadership, and the leaders who carry a lot and don’t always say much.

Over time, I realized the most meaningful work I do isn’t loud.
It’s work built slowly, with care and boundaries.
It’s leadership you can feel—even when it doesn’t speak first.

My husband and I co-founded Discovery by DeVol, LLC, a creative studio and publishing house where our ideas live across platforms:
