I’m Toni DeVol—public health leader, writer, and strategist.
I work at the intersection of systems, ethics, and emotional clarity—building tools, language, and structures that help leaders move with purpose.
I hold a CRCR (Certified Revenue Cycle Representative), PMP (Project Management Professional), PMI-PMO-CP, and an MPH from Drexel University.
More than that, I hold space—for calm thinking, ethical leadership, and the people who carry a lot but don’t always say much.
Over time, I realized the most meaningful work I do isn’t loud.
It’s the kind built slowly, with care and boundaries.
It’s leadership you can feel—even when it doesn’t speak first.
My husband and I co-founded Discovery by DeVol, LLC, a creative studio and publishing house where our ideas live across platforms:
This site—tonidevol.com—is where I share my personal side of the work.
What I’m building. What I’m learning. What I’m quietly releasing into the world.
If you’re here, you probably feel it too—that urge to lead with clarity, not chaos.
Thanks for being here.
