At Discovery by DeVol, every offering is crafted and delivered with precision, clarity, and purpose. Whether you're ordering a physical product or a digital download, the following policy governs all purchases.

We use Printify to fulfill and ship our made-to-order physical items. Please read carefully before completing your purchase.

Shipping Address Requirements

• Use Latin characters only 
• Address Line 1 max: 35 characters 
• Address Line 2 max: 30 characters 
• You are fully responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address
   

International Shipping

• We ship internationally where supported 
• Phone number is required for all international orders 
• Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility
   

PO Box Delivery (U.S. Only)

• Allowed only within the United States 
• Not recommended for international destinations 
• Max PO box size supported: 12" x 22.5" 
• Express delivery is NOT available for PO boxes

All digital purchases—such as affirmations, guidebooks, downloads, and templates—are delivered instantly after payment.

By purchasing from Discovery by DeVol, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted on either physical or digital products.
 

• This applies to sizing issues, order changes, delivery delays, digital download problems, or customer error. 
• If your product arrives damaged or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos—we will assess it on a case-by-case basis and resolve it in accordance with Printify's reprint policies.
   

• Double-check email address for digital products 
• Confirm shipping address for physical orders 
• Understand PO box limitations
